Conditions of Use

Shipping
Please order two to three weeks, if you can, before you setup for your show. We may not be able to delivery your package on time.
Please write down your order number.

We usually use UPS for our shipping needs, they are a little slower, but usually cheaper then Post Office Priority. If you only want your package shipped Post Office Priority, please let us know by typing it in the "Special Instructions" form when ordering.
Minimum Shipping cost for UPS is $12.00. Minimum Shipping cost for Post Office Priority with Insurance and Signature is $15.00 (You can let us know you do not require the insurance and signature by typing it in the "Special Instructions" form.

The Post Office has lost our packages in the past so we ship all packages with Insurance and Signature within the United States. There is no insurance for shipments outside of the United States.

Insurance is added for credit of any damaged items in the delivered package. Signature is added for the safe delivery of your package straight to your hands and not left outside your mailing address. The Post office and Goldeneaglej.com will NOT take responsibility for your lost package if you waver the insurance and Signature.

Shipping UPS or USPS, may also make mistakes thus slowing down and not getting your shipment in time to your location. We are not at fault and cannot do anything to help your shipment go any faster once it is in the hands of the shipper. You have been forewarned. If you want "Overnight" by UPS, or "Express" by Post Office please call Anson at 407-973-5976, if we can process your order in time for your show.

We use the Post Office "Flat Rate Box" if applicable. We will find the cheapest shipping method, and change it for you. + we add $1.00 to $2.00, depending on the size of the package for taping, handling, packaging, and sending, to the shipper.

Shipping Outside Of The United States
We also ship out to other countries using the US Post Office, we will send you a shipping and total order price quote by e-mail. Jewelry shipment usually cost around $40.00 for the Flat Rate Box from the United States Post Office.

Forms of Payments: We take credit cards, money order, cashier's check, www.paypal.com, business, and personal checks. (Checks take 7 days to clear)

If you order larger items, the shipping charger may increase, I will then send a bill through www.paypal.com for additional charges once I find out the exact amount of shipping chargers using www.usps.com

If you feel that goldeneaglej.com website to be unsafe for your credit card transaction, you can call in your credit card number to our office at 407-343-7424 or you can send payment by www.Paypal.com (payment make out to buddyaj2000@yahoo.com), for money order, company check, or personal check, by mail. If you are calling in your credit card number, please let me know you are doing so by leaving me a note in the "Special Instructions" form when ordering.

If your Credit Card Billing is different from your Shipping address.
I need an approved mailing address before I can mail your shipment, so please do the following:
1) I need you to please call your credit card's toll-free customer service phone number located on the back of your credit card.
2) Once you reach a customer service operator, tell him/her you want to add a shipping address to the account.
3) Then, reply back to Golden Eagle J Inc, with your credit card's customer service phone number by either e-mailing to buddyaj2000@yahoo.com or you can call me back at 407-343-7424 ask for Anson, and mention your order number.

Broken/Damaged items
We return credit back to your credit once we receive Proof of damaged items by either the broken items shipped back to us, or send a photo by either email (buddyaj2000@yahoo.com) or regular mail. to Golden Eagle J, Inc. 1028 McClellan St. Kissimmee, FL 34741

There is no Drop-shipping.
Since we sell out of our showroom/warehouse, orders are first given to walk-in customers naturally since they are hand picking them out. Our Website inventory is not updated until someone orders a sold-out piece, then we know that a item is sold-out and able to update it.

Items that state "Sold Out" are they ever coming back in? Sorry no, sold out items are most likely not coming back in.
